Summary

In remote areas of Pakistan, thousands of girls lack access to menstrual hygiene products and basic awareness. Poverty and stigma force them to miss school and risk infections. This project will provide 5,000 dignity kits containing sanitary pads, soap, underwear, and hygiene education materials. Alongside distribution, awareness sessions will empower girls with knowledge, confidence, and dignity, ensuring menstruation never limits their health, education, or future.

Challenge

In remote areas of Pakistan, thousands of girls lack access to menstrual hygiene products and basic health education. Poverty and cultural stigma prevent open discussion, forcing girls to use unsafe materials that cause infections and discomfort. Many miss school during menstruation, affecting their education and confidence. Without awareness and proper supplies, their health, dignity, and future opportunities remain at serious risk.

Solution

This project will address the problem by providing 5,000 vulnerable girls in remote areas of Pakistan with complete dignity kits containing sanitary pads, soap, underwear, and hygiene information. Alongside distribution, trained female facilitators will conduct menstrual health awareness sessions in schools and communities to break stigma and promote safe practices.

Long-Term Impact

The long-term impact of this project will be improved health, confidence, and educational continuity for thousands of girls in remote areas of Pakistan. By normalizing conversations around menstrual health and providing proper hygiene resources, the project will reduce infections, decrease school dropout rates, and break harmful cultural taboos.
