We have great news for you: during the last three months, we were able to buy five more cribs for our babies! That means we have 15 cribs installed now, and 5 more under construction. Thanks to your generosity, soon we will have achieved our dream of giving sweet dreams to 25 of our babies.
But the people in our Corporation are not just waiting for this dream to become true: during this time, we have had workshops with the parents of the children in order to teach them how to raise them without violence and mistreatment; the response was great, they said that this activity completely fulfilled their expectations and now they know the route everytime they face a situation like this.
We also celebrated Independence Day in Colombia (July 20th), since it is very important that we teach our children how to be good citizens and love their country. The kids went outside on a small parade wearing yellow, blue and red- the colors of our flag-, and we couldn't be more proud!
Our kids also had a space for using their imagination, creativity and sharing with their friends: we had an activity for them to be bakers for one day, and they had lots of fun with it!
Last but not least, we would like to thank you again for making this possible; please share our project with your family and friends so they can give our children the pleasure of having good nights!
