Caring for the Elderly

Our Project Leader supporting an elderly woman

Dear Donor,

Thank you so much for donating to support us in providing care for the elderly in Nigeria.

We were at Umuezeokalum Umudim Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, to use the fund we received as a result of your donation, to support an elderly woman.

This woman is a poor widow who stays with one of his sons and two grand children in one room apartment, as she can be seen sitting with our Project Leader at the entrance of the room, on our project video whose link is attached below.

We received a warm welcome from her, as she was very happy that we visited. During our discussions with her, she talked about the swelling of her legs around the knee and also showed that to us, saying that she would have visited the hospital to meet with a doctor, had it been that she had money.

She was very happy with the financial support we gave to her, as she wasn't expecting that and prayed that God will continue to bless, guide and protect you all, whose donations was used to support her. She prayed that no evil eyes will see you and that if there's anything bad happening in the front, that you'll be at the back and that if it's happening at the back, you'll be at the front. Her prayer is that you will never lack anything in this life and that all your heart desires will be granted unto you, while the money you donated to support her, will also be replenished abundantly.

We really appreciate your support, as the money you donated to support us in providing care for the elderly, is actually reaching the people that needs it most in our communities. By the beginning of next month (October), we'll also be reaching out to support others.
