Established in September 2002, Catalyst for Social Action (CSA) is a Not-For-Profit organisation dedicated to the cause of child welfare and adoptions. CSA works as a “catalyst” focusing on a holistic approach to child care and optimal rehabilitation outcome for orphaned children in the following domains -
Transforming lives of orphan children via initiatives ranging from providing
education and training, health and hygiene plans, nutritious meals and overall
well being
Promoting and facilitating adoptions wherever possible
In the area of enabling holistic care of children, we support a number of child care organisations in the areas of Nutrition, Hygiene, & Health, Education & Vocational skills, Infrastructure support and Recreation activities. We have made and continue to make a valuable difference to 1600+ children across 48 homes in 4 states that we
support.
In Mahaashtra we came across with the issue of School drop out girls who are enrolled in the home and has nothing to do. As the matter of security going out of the institution for education was not possible. So we continued doing tailoring class batches as to give them some skills to sustain in their life and become self sufficient. Till now with the valuable help from the donor like you we could complete 8 batches of tairloring class with approximately 15 beneficiaries in 1 class. Thank you and keep supporting !!!!
