Support 200 talented students with laptops through Bano Qabil, Pakistan's largest free IT education movement, operating 275 centers nationwide. Thousands graduate every six months, but many cannot afford a laptop to continue coding, AI, freelancing, and digital skills training. By raising funds together, this project will provide 200 laptops to the most talented and deserving.
Thousands of graduates from Bano Qabil and other IT, vocational, and higher education programs across Pakistan possess valuable skills but lack access to laptops. Without a personal computer, they cannot practice coding, complete assignments, access online learning, apply for jobs, or start freelancing. This digital access gap disproportionately affects youth from low-income families, limiting their ability to secure employment and participate in Pakistan's growing digital economy.
This project will provide 200 laptops to deserving graduates of Bano Qabil and other educational programs across Pakistan who have demonstrated commitment and potential but lack access to technology. These laptops will enable recipients to continue learning, practice coding and digital skills, access online courses, apply for jobs, start freelancing, and participate in the digital economy.
By providing access to laptops, this project will create lasting opportunities for youth to develop in-demand digital skills, secure employment, and generate sustainable income. Graduates will be better equipped to participate in the digital economy, support their families, and contribute to their communities. Over time, increased access to technology can reduce poverty, promote digital inclusion, empower women and marginalized groups, and help build a skilled workforce for Pakistan's future.
