In South Sudan, many LGBT individuals live in fear of violence, rejection, and being denied basic dignity. Abuse and discrimination often force them into silence and isolation, with little access to protection or support. This project will reach 800 vulnerable LGBT individuals, offering confidential psychosocial care, safe support spaces, and pathways to essential services. By restoring hope, safety, and human dignity, this project helps individuals heal, regain confidence, and live without
LGBT individuals in South Sudan face widespread stigma, discrimination, and violence. Many are rejected by families, denied services, and live in constant fear of abuse. Without safe spaces and support, 800 vulnerable LGBT people remain isolated, traumatized, and at high risk of physical, emotional, and social harm.
This project provides safe spaces, psychosocial support, and confidential case management for 800 LGBT individuals. It offers counseling, dignity support, and protection referrals while promoting community awareness on inclusion and non-violence, helping beneficiaries heal, regain confidence, and live with dignity.
The project will increase safety, resilience, and inclusion for 800 LGBT individuals in South Sudan. By improving access to protection services and raising community awareness, survivors will experience better mental well-being, reduced risk of abuse, and greater social acceptance over time.
