Education remains one of the most powerful pathways out of poverty, yet many girls continue to face preventable obstacles that disrupt their learning. Menstrual health challenges remain a major concern for students in rural communities where resources are limited.
This reporting period focused on providing sanitary supplies and reproductive health education to girls at risk of missing school due to menstruation-related challenges. The initiative also addressed stigma through community discussions and school awareness activities.
The reduction in funding for adolescent outreach programs has created additional challenges for schools striving to support vulnerable learners. Despite these limitations, our team continued reaching girls with critical information and practical assistance.
Many beneficiaries reported improved attendance and increased confidence. Teachers observed that girls who previously struggled with absenteeism are now more engaged in academic activities and extracurricular programs.
The project demonstrates that small interventions can have life-changing effects. Access to menstrual hygiene products helps girls remain in school, while reproductive health education equips them with knowledge that supports informed decision-making.
Your continued support is helping remove barriers that limit educational success. Together, we are creating opportunities for girls to complete their education and pursue brighter futures.
