Dear Partners,
One of the greatest opportunities in public health is preventing problems before they occur. For HIV prevention, this means reaching adolescents with education, support, and prevention tools before they become infected.
Many young people face challenges such as peer pressure, misinformation, and limited access to healthcare services. These factors can increase vulnerability and reduce opportunities for prevention. Our project seeks to address these challenges through awareness, engagement, and future access to innovative HIV prevention solutions.
Lenacapavir has the potential to transform HIV prevention by providing long-lasting protection that supports adherence and confidentiality. Through this project, EFI aims to ensure that adolescents understand their prevention options and are prepared to benefit from new advances in public health.
We thank our donors for helping us move forward. Their support gives us confidence that communities care deeply about protecting young people. With additional funding, we can expand outreach, strengthen partnerships, and reach more adolescents before risk becomes reality.
