Thanks to your generosity, we have taken an exciting first step toward helping girls stay in school during adolescence.
We are happy to share that we have successfully purchased reusable, organic, pH-friendly menstrual pads that will be distributed to girls participating in our menstrual health program. These high-quality reusable kits will provide a sustainable solution that can support girls for years, helping remove one of the many barriers that keeps students out of the classroom during their menstrual cycles.
Our distribution event is scheduled for October 8, when students will receive their reusable menstrual hygiene kits alongside age-appropriate education about menstrual health, personal safety, bodily autonomy, and their rights. By combining practical supplies with accurate information, we hope to build confidence, reduce stigma, and ensure that girls can continue attending school throughout adolescence. This approach reflects the core goal of the project: helping girls remain consistently present in school by addressing both the practical and educational challenges surrounding menstruation.
We're looking forward to sharing photos from the distribution event and introducing you to some of the young people whose lives you are helping to change. Thank you for making this important work possible. Stay tuned for our next update in October!
