By Joyce Kinyamgala | Project Leader
Dear Supporters,
Thank you for your continued support and for believing in our Protect Environment for Our Protection (PEP) project. Your encouragement continues to inspire our team as we work toward restoring ecosystems and promoting sustainable environmental conservation in Tanzania.
Current Project Status
During this reporting period, we regret to share that no new field activities have been implemented. The project continues to face a shortage of financial resources, and we have not yet received new donations that would enable us to resume our planned environmental restoration activities.
As a result, activities such as expanding tree nurseries, planting additional trees, and conducting community environmental education sessions remain temporarily on hold.
Our Commitment Remains Strong
Although implementation has slowed, our commitment has not changed. Our team continues to maintain communication with community volunteers and local leaders who remain interested in participating once the project resumes.
The communities that previously benefited from the project continue to express their willingness to support future tree planting campaigns, demonstrating that environmental awareness created through earlier activities is still having a positive influence.
Ongoing Challenges
The main challenge continues to be the lack of financial support. This has affected our ability to:
Looking Ahead
Once funding becomes available, our priority activities will include:
Our long-term goal remains unchanged: to plant one million trees across Tanzania while empowering communities to become active stewards of their environment.

Every contribution, regardless of its size, brings us one step closer to restoring degraded landscapes and creating healthier communities.
Thank You
Although this reporting period has not included new implementation activities, our determination remains as strong as ever. We are confident that, with your continued support, we will soon resume tree planting and community conservation activities and continue building a greener and more resilient Tanzania.
Thank you for standing with us and for believing in our vision.
Warm regards,
