On behalf of Darfur Women Network (DWN), I would like to sincerely thank you for all your work and support during our September 2013, Open Challenge fundraiser. Because of your commitment and efforts, we reached our initial goal and secured a spot on the GlobalGiving site – DWN is now a permanent partner with GlobalGiving.
Congratulations to everyone — donors and the fundraiser team — who helped contribute to the success of our achievement. We came together as a community of caring people and accomplished something all of us can feel proud of. You have shown your confidence in DWN and our mission to protect and empower refugee women and girls who are survivors of genocide from my home region of Darfur, Sudan.
