Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your interest in the Protect 1,800 Nigerian Women from Unsafe Migration project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned awareness and training activities have not yet begun.
Across many communities, women continue to face pressure to migrate in search of better opportunities. Due to limited information and economic hardship, many fall into unsafe routes where they are exposed to trafficking, abuse, and serious health risks.
False promises of jobs or education abroad continue to mislead many women. Without proper guidance or alternative means of income, they remain vulnerable to exploitation and long-term hardship.
This project is designed to support 1,800 women through awareness sessions on safe migration and practical livelihood training. Participants will also receive small grants to help them start income activities within their communities, reducing the need to take dangerous migration paths.
With the right support, women can make informed decisions, build safer livelihoods, and avoid falling into harmful situations.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this project can begin and reach women who need protection and opportunity.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
