Promoting Women's Leadership in Pakistan

Accomplished Activities during the 18th Quarter (August 2023 – January 2024) of the project:

1. Women Voices consistently brought attention to the challenges and issues faced by women and girls, utilizing both online and offline platforms.

2. Women Voices continuously fostered networks with like-minded organizations and collaborations, participating in various initiatives to showcase, connect, and amplify the voices of women and girls.

3. Women Voices successfully organized a series of online conversations addressing the issues, challenges, and achievements of women and girls.

4. Women Voices Pakistan is currently assisting women candidates running for public office in the 2024 elections, helping them design and organize their political campaigns across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

5. Monthly progress review and planning meetings for the project were conducted at the head office in Islamabad. These meetings involved assessing the project's progress, discussing challenges, and finalizing an action plan for the upcoming months.

Challenges faced and mitigation strategies applied:

The project design emphasizes an integrated approach in terms of the relevance of its activities' sequence and impact. However, due to insufficient donations, we have revised the project's activities and budget to ensure focused and impactful work despite funding challenges.
