We are thrilled to share four new books published by Palestinian writers and illustrators for children and young adults. The books were published by our partner the Palestine Writing Workshop and your donations helped cover the printing costs.
These books will be used in storytelling activities and community-run libraries all over Palestine.
"Where is my beak?" is an illustrated story by Yara Bamieh for children 3-7 years old. It won the Sheikh Zayid Book Award!
"The Cup" by Maya Abu Alhayyat with illustrations by Hassan Manasreh is for children 7-10 years old.
"With love from my Heart" by Anas Abu Rahmeh with illustrations by Lubna Taha is also for children 7-10 years old.
“My story with words” is a collection of short stories for young adults by Muneir Fashieh with illustrations by Yara Bamieh.
We look forward to sharing feedback from some of the children who are reading these beautiful new books!
