Boyo Community Radio has been very inspiring for the Boyo population in recent times. Since the last report many programs have been carried out over the radio in order to educate the people on health related issues such as nutrition, HIV/AIDS, hygiene and sanitation and terminal diseases.Round tables conferences have been conducted and many question and answer sessions on topical issuses have also been handled.
In spite of the good of the radio work the radio, this communication medium has been going through many difficulties as the staff complain of not having enough finances to support their operations. Also some of their equipment are getting obsolete. However, Better Family Foundation in partnership with the management of the radio has been holding meetings on how to improve the services of the radio.
We heartedlly wish to thank all donors who have been sparing their money in order to ensure that the radio operates successfully.
