Dear friends, thanks so much for your support to VJ's efforts to build a school for children at Sphoorti.
VJ has been undergoing rigorous training to help him withstand the harsh conditions associated with the climb atop the Mt Aconcagua. The fact that there is a 40% probability of not returning alive from the peak underscores the importance VJ attaches to the cause of education of the girl child.
Through his efforts, we seek to raise around $100,000 and build rooms for a school for girl children belonging to Sphoorti Foundation.
VJ will begin his climb in December. We would like you to spread the word about his passion and his bid to build a school for Sphoorti children.
We will post more updates as the Climb date gets closer. VJ and Sphoorti Foundation are thankful to all of you for supporting our mission.
