Project Report | Jun 30, 2024
Packing Kits for distribution

By Bopha | Project G - Empowering Girls, HR Manager

On behalf of the Project G team, we would like to update you about our activity with the Production department. As I am an organizer on that day, I will update you about this activity instead of the Production Team. It was such a wonderful time to join in packing Kits and checking Kits with all contributors together.

Everyone was excited to contribute their energy to supporting us and assisting us in many activities when we needed them to help. Please kindly check the detailed information below:

Date: 10th June 2024
Time: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM
Place: Project G Room
Activity: Packing Kits
Organizers: Bopha and Vibol
Participants: Bopha, Vibol, Sokny, Sophea, Lita, Pheareak, Sokrin, Saveat, Lyhortt, Chhengheang and Eam

Before we started our activity, the production team and organizers were responsible for gathering all the materials for packing Kits. After all the contributors came to join our activity, the organizer told them what we were going to do for this activity. Then all the participants were very productive in assisting us and had good delegation parts that we encouraged all contributors to do. We had a few people packing the Kits and others had to prepare the materials such as folding liners, putting liners to shields with soap, and folding underwear. We also prepared to follow the Standard Days for Girls. Our contributors were quickly done with our activity and made it very smooth. Nevertheless, all contributors and the PG team were willing to check the Kits when we had the time to pack Kits. We also packed Kits amount 300 Kits and checked Kits amount 240 Kits. Everyone did great work together and we were so proud of them working so hard with us. Even though we did not have a lot of time to do, our students always spent their time assisting us and enjoyed our activity from the time we started until we ended the activity. Even though we were a bit exhausted from this activity, we were satisfied to assist our team go together. To be honest, we were very delighted to have all the contributors helping us and sharing their energy to support our project.

Anyway, we are all the Project G team, and we are honored to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to all contributors and the PG team for spending their valuable time with us and with our activity. If we cannot make our activity very smooth, we do not have you all to support our project. All participants are a part of helping many girls in rural areas to get sustainable hygiene Kits from our project and helping society through their contribution of energy and power. We hope all contributors will join our activity next time.
