PRIDE!!! - with love, Mama Dragons

Mama Dragons is heading into Pride season with more love, more visibility, and more determination than ever before.

This year, we are showing up at Pride celebrations from coast to coast — sharing support, connection, education, and the fierce love that Mama Dragons has become known for. At a time when many LGBTQ+ families are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or afraid, our presence in communities across the country feels more necessary than ever. We are bringing the wisdom of the Mama Dragons directly into these spaces: helping parents ask hard questions, find trusted resources, and connect with families walking similar paths.

One of our most exciting milestones this year was participating in our very first Pride event in Puerto Rico — an incredible reflection of the growth and strength of our Spanish-speaking community, Madres Dragones. Watching this community expand and thrive has been a powerful reminder that families everywhere are searching for support, belonging, and hope.

As we travel across the country this Pride season, we are also sharing the next chapter of Mama Dragons’ work — including our upcoming expanded education platform, our growing national outreach initiative connecting families to local and regional support networks, and exciting collaborative projects being developed in partnership with other national organizations committed to protecting and supporting LGBTQ+ youth and families.

In this moment, when so many organizations and individuals are stepping back, Mama Dragons is choosing to leap further forward.

We are doubling down on our mission to support, educate, and empower mothers of LGBTQ+ children.
