Q2 Update: Supporting Recovery and Dignity for Bre
![]()
Since our last report, Fundación CIMA continued supporting women living with breast cancer through the donation of essential post-operative and supportive care items that help improve quality of life during treatment and recovery.
During this period, we provided:
- 31 breast prostheses
- 21 post-surgical bras
- 15 turbans
- 11 physiotherapy consultations
- 5 wigs
- 4 compression sleeves for lymphedema
- 3 pashminas
These resources are especially important for women facing the physical and emotional impact of breast cancer treatment, particularly those receiving care through Mexico’s public health system, where access to specialized supportive items is often limited.
Beyond the direct support provided, this period has also allowed us to continue identifying the most urgent needs among patients and strengthening the operational processes required to deliver assistance in a timely and compassionate way. Every prosthesis, consultation, or support item represents not only practical help, but also dignity, confidence, and emotional guidance during recovery.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who continues supporting Fundación CIMA and helping us expand access to these resources. Your contributions allow more women to receive care, support, and tools that can make a meaningful difference throughout their treatment journey.
