We have been working with a new partner who offers online learning opportunities, they have very generously gifted an initial 200 accounts for the young people and provided access to their whole suite of courses. The work that we have been doing has been to encourage the young people we support to sign up to some learning activities. The opportunities for learning are considerable and diverse and the young people can choose to learn vocational or academic subjects. The added bonus is that they can learn wherever they are and can learn on a PC, Tablet, or mobile phone, so some are taking the opportunity to learn while undergoing treatment in the hospital wards.
To everyone who continues to support our project, we thank you for helping us to support more young people fighting cancer to live their best life, while others search for a cure.
