With all your support to us, moreover without knowing whom you are supporting!! We would like to say we are the ones here enjoying your lovely and kind support. We still remember, value and praise the moment of the day, when UYSTO came into our lives, being there for us with all your support. Rachael, Maria and Sophie, feel that they were borne lucky to be beneficiaries of the program of benefiting from receiving Sanitary pads, Rachael tells our coordinator Miriam, that "l was feeling guilty of tearing my young brothers shirts" for padding, something that was not perfect also, because even if l could pad myself with those clothes, due to, too much blood, l would go back home after lunch or even before that time.
Now am very happy that you distant friends of us, the friends of the needy , as l may term it, you are here for us and we want to assure you that we will not disappoint you. You are our guardian angels.
Really Globalgiving donors, you are superb with this support you have given to girls to stay in schools. while with these girls, Maria talked of being given disposal sanitary pads like those ones given out to their neigbouring schools by rotary club and that these reusable sanitary pads have a lot of work especially when it come cleaning them.
We have got same issues from the parents saying that because of even living in single rooms, when they are washed; at times find difficulties with drying them. They requested that we do improve by providing disposal ones for hygiene purposes.
That’s why we are now requesting you to donate for buying disposal sanitary pads to 50 needy girls not to all schools as we had planed the project.
