Hello all,
I just wanted to reach out one last time and send you another sincere thank you. I promise, this will be the last email until after the playgrounds have been built. I'm sure you'll want to see photos!
We reached our goal of raising $5,000 for the ARDI Day Centre playground and for the Leninskoye Day Centre playground. In fact, we raised more than $5,000! All money donated over the $5,000 will be used for our next playground project, which will most likely be in the beautiful towl of Karakol.
Since we raised $5,000 in our first month on Global Giving, we are now a permanent member on their website. Which means, when we attempt to raise money for the Karakol playground, we will simply just have to create a new page on the Global Giving website.
The work on building the equipment for both playgrounds has begun and the Clean Up ARDI day has been schedule for October 11th. From there, you will be able to find updates and more photos and you can also find a link to our Russian page.
