Dear friends and supporters,
Behind the need for an organ transplant is a person hoping for more time with their family and a chance to look ahead. That human purpose is at the heart of DTI Foundation’s Philippines – Save 1 Million Lives project.
Our project focuses on supporting healthcare professionals through training and the sharing of international experience in organ donation and transplantation. Its aim is to strengthen the knowledge and skills that local teams need to identify potential organ donors, manage the donation process, and improve hospital donation practices.
The approach is built around a long-term goal: developing local expertise that healthcare teams can apply in their own institutions. Training is a means to that goal, with the ultimate ambition of helping more patients access transplantation.
Your support reflects a belief that patients’ opportunities should grow alongside the knowledge and capabilities of the professionals who care for them. We deeply appreciate your contribution to this shared ambition.
Thank you for keeping patients and their families at the heart of this effort, and for supporting the goal of stronger organ donation and transplantation programmes in the Philippines.
With gratitude,
DTI Foundation
