Our drama team successfully concluded the school year with an impressive tally of 212 performances, reaching a total audience of 26,866 children.
Additionally, we introduced a captivating new school show titled "The Giving Festival," which emphasizes the significance of caring for those around us by sharing our belongings, talents, and time. This heartwarming production, featuring puppets, stories, and music, revolves around a young girl who learns the value of giving and receiving help when needed.
The director of the show shared her experience after the first performance: "Accompanying the team to witness the inaugural performance was truly a privilege, and the children's reactions were genuinely heartwarming. Right from the moment they entered the hall and caught sight of the set, their excitement was palpable. Laughter filled the air at all the right moments, and the shadow puppets even received a spontaneous round of applause. The teacher who addressed the children at the end expressed her belief that our team delivered the finest performance they had ever seen at the school. Beyond that, during the Q&A session, the children displayed a deep understanding of the show's message about the importance of giving."
We are eagerly anticipating the upcoming school year when we will embark on a tour with this inspirational production, eager to reach even more young hearts with its meaningful message.
