By Tara Shah | Executive Director

Thank you again for your continued support of the home hospice program and the many terminally ill patients whose pain you have helped alleviate. I am delighted to share with you that since the hospice project was started in January 2016, we have already provided care to more than 45 terminally ill patients and their families.

From pain management to management of other symptoms such as constipation, nausea, fatigue, and many emotional issues, our home hospice team is stand by to help these terminally ill patients at their homes whenever they need it. This would not have been possible without your support.

In this report, I am sharing the stories of not one not two but many patients and their families.  Please watch this video to learn about the impact of your support, directly from those who benefited from your generosity.
