Report Summary
During this reporting period, Parkinson patients support organization Ethiopia had reached the total of 30 PD patients and provides various care and support intervention. Like; physiotherapy that includes rock steady boxing and speech therapy besides of facilitating access to sanitary material support for those who are highly in demand of the support were most of them are laying on the bed due to physical impairment and had movement difficulties because of the disease.
As an organization, in this reporting period PPSO-E was moved to its new office and organized most needy services in more professional, conducive environment and patient friendly service corner for the best outcome expected and to ensure patients quality of life.
As aresult:
- Inclusive, conducive and patients friendly Physiotherapy and speech therapy service corner were organized
- the number of service seekers are increasing
- bedridden patients were recived health progressional counseling and care and support services besides of having access to have various sanitary material support
