My self Satish and i have done PTC. In my village primary school there is only 4 teachers for 1st to 8th std teaching children of more than 200.
Due to shortage of regular teacher i found few children are dropped out as there is no any activities in their class. Gram Vikas Trust got massage that there is a shortage of teacher in my school and they interviewd me and place me in my own primary school where i have study upto 7th std.
I am proud to be para teacher in my own village and school. It gives me sence of ownership when i teaches my village children in my school. I enjoy teaching children.
Beingin school as a Para teacher It need to be more focus while dealing with sensitive students, I am learning new things from them as time has changed a lot from myschooling days.Children are much more intelligent than we were;Iti sgood experience so far teaching students in myvillage primaryschool.
I am envolve with the children and they obey me very well and give respect. I am also helpful the children after school if they need any educational guidance. This will help children to more regular in the school and also help to reduce dropped out children.
