After seriuos rains during this years long rains we had a setback in our school as all our remaining three classes collapsed and fell down due to the severe damages caused by heavy downpours of the rain. These three remaining classes were still being in use despite their seriuos damages inflicted to them during the last flooding in my village. We now lack three more classes after these were downed. It's a pitty that we now have nowhere else to house these learners whom were using these collapsed buidlings and hence they are forrced to share few that are alrerady up. we ahve converted the two newly built nursery classrooms into two classes each and its sad that learners of diffrent grades would now share the same room and have their diffremt learnings going on simultenuoslly.
The schools in kenmya would be closed later this month hence we need to build the three classrooms during the december holidays to aallow them have them ready for occupancy once the schools open in january 2024.
We still need your support to achive this and thanks so much for all the supports we have had so far. we have built five parmanent classes and this is a big step and we are determined to do all the eight classrooms by next year. We now seek your help to make this a reality and all our children will be in safe rooms and hence continue to learn in a very safer space than before.
