Our team in Deir al-Balah, Gaza, continues to support families through the Market Coupons Project. The project provides families with coupons to purchase essential items from local markets, giving them greater flexibility to meet their most urgent household needs. This approach helps families access basic necessities while also supporting local traders and keeping essential goods moving within the community.
In Gaza, the team is extending a water pipeline to improve access for displaced families living in camps. With much of Gaza’s water infrastructure damaged by the ongoing war, many families are forced to walk long distances to collect water. The new pipeline will bring water closer to the camps, helping reduce this daily burden and improve access to an essential resource.
Gift of the Givers continues to support access to higher education in the West Bank through university and college grants provided as part of its Education intervention in Palestine.
Our teams in Gaza, Palestine, continue to provide freshly prepared hot meals to families and vulnerable communities affected by ongoing hardship.
