Outreach Centre for Child-Headed Households Uganda

While the children in North America are all finishing their Spring break and gearing up for the last little bit of school, the children in Uganda have just begun their new year. They are heading into the heavier rainy season (April and May) and it reminds me how much we need to build a cozy shelter for them to stay dry! Renting a space large enough to comfortably fit everyone has become more and more a challenge as it is increasingly more and more expensive. PLease team with us to build a home on our land by the end of this year! So that next year at this time we have the children comfortable in their own HOME!

All the children are working hard in their studies! Joyce has decided to do some vocational training while the rest are moving along in ether primary or secondary school. We have a new youngster in our group. His name is Gerard and he is so cleaver and lively. We are excited to have him join our family! Susan and Denis who also joined last year have also been doing quite well and prospering with our family. We have shared a couple pictures here with you!

Please continue to partner with us as the school fees continue to increase and more and more children need our help! We really need a shelter built so that the childrwn have a place to call home finally and dont have to be moving from place to place. We NEED your help and support for this to happen!!
