New Shelter for Sex Trafficking Survivors Update

By Becky Davis | Associate Director of Operations

Our search for a suitable property for Grace House continues on a weekly basis, while the residential care team engages unique opportunities to support all our ongoing operations and relationships in East Java, West Java and North Sulawesi.

Some of these opportunities include serving at interim at one of our other sites in North Sulawesi, where they have been short-staffed after the intake of new survivors these last few months. Others have had opportunities to train new hires for specific skills at our new aftercare home in West Java.

All the while, the whole team continues to provide needed support on a daily basis for our community centers in East Java, tutoring kids, working with parents, writing curriculum, and helping with case management.

We are hopeful about the opening of our new aftercare home in East Java with a well-equipped team. Thank you for your continued support. We are praying for peace for you and your family this year.
