Heal One World’s online wellness classes continue to provide accessible, community-centered healing experiences each week through free Zoom-based offerings. Participants can join our ongoing Restorative Yoga and Tai Chi classes, which remain a steady source of relaxation, balance, and mindful movement for students of all levels. These virtual gatherings create space for stress relief, gentle physical activity, and meaningful connection from the comfort of home.
We are also excited to expand our online programming with new weekly Yin Yoga and Breathwork classes designed to support deeper restoration, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being. In addition, weekly meditation classes with Alex are held every Thursday, offering guided practices that encourage grounding, clarity, and inner calm. All classes are free and open to the community through Zoom, continuing Heal One World’s mission of making holistic wellness accessible to everyone.
