We are very excited to be offering some new online classes, as well as keeping our creative writing and multiple yoga classes going. We have been holding our Sunday tai chi classes as hybrid in both Los Angeles and online. We have had new students joining learning eight movements within the practice. We are excited to introduce a couple of new teachers. Archana is joining us from India. She holds a degree in nutrition and will be assisting those dealing with cancer for nutrition and wellness as well as a weekly class to generally help people learn new ways to be their best health partner with yoga and mindfulness.
We will be holding mindfulness meditation classes twice a week as our Meditation with a Monk class returns after our teachers journey to Thailand.
Thank you for your continued support of making these classes accessible to all people.
These online courses provide valuable resources for underserved communities to enhance their mental and physical well-being. By leveraging these programs, communities can build resilience, improve health outcomes, and foster a culture of wellness.
