Since our last update, the total amount raised through GlobalGiving has increased to $111.73, allowing us to move forward with the first preparatory steps of the project.
At this stage, we are preparing to begin work on the CTS-based smart contracts. This includes initial coordination with the local community team and volunteer groups, as well as early discussions around roles and responsibilities.
As part of implementation planning, we identified the need for at least one insulated food container to support the preparation of hot meals for children. To ensure timely progress, we have decided to initiate the first stage of the project using the funds already collected, while the remaining amount will be co-financed by local residents (about $70). This approach fully aligns with the project’s core principle of shared responsibility and community participation.
The implementation of the first stage is planned for January and will mark the beginning of practical impact on the ground. We will continue fundraising in parallel to support the next stages and further scale the initiative.
Thank you for supporting a model that strengthens long-term community resilience through local ownership and trust. We will share concrete results as soon as the first stage is implemented.
