A classroom should be a place where girls discover their abilities, ask questions, develop confidence, and imagine new possibilities. But when a child is hungry, concentrating on these opportunities can become more difficult.
For vulnerable families in rural Uganda, the cost of daily necessities can make nutritious food difficult to provide consistently. School meals can therefore be an important part of creating a more supportive learning environment for girls facing hardship.
The Girl Child Foundation Uganda (GIFU) is seeking generous donors to support its Nutritious School Meals for Girls in Rural Uganda project. Your gift can help strengthen our efforts to improve access to nutritious food for schoolgirls who need support.
Imagine a future in which girls are better supported to participate in lessons, develop their talents, and work toward their ambitions. Achieving this vision requires people who are willing to turn compassion into action.
Your generosity can help make the classroom a place of opportunity rather than another reminder of hardship.
Donate today and join GIFU in supporting girls' education through school nutrition.
