Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, the Nutritious School Meals Project continues to transform the lives of girls attending school in rural Uganda.
During this reporting period, nutritious meals were provided consistently, helping girls remain focused and energized throughout the school day. School staff observed improvements in attendance rates and increased engagement during classroom activities.
For many beneficiaries, the meals served at school represent an essential source of nutrition. Families facing economic hardships often struggle to provide balanced meals at home, making this support particularly important.
The project has also strengthened collaboration among schools, parents, and local leaders. Community participation has enhanced monitoring efforts and reinforced the shared commitment to ensuring that girls receive quality education without the burden of hunger.
In addition to improving nutrition, the program promotes gender equality by helping girls stay in school and complete their education. Education remains one of the most effective tools for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating sustainable development.
As food costs remain high, the need for school feeding programs continues to increase. We are deeply grateful for the support that allows us to respond to this growing need.
Thank you for investing in the health, education, and future success of vulnerable girls. Together, we are creating opportunities that will benefit families and communities for generations to come.
