Fish to Feed Horn of Africa. This time FairFishing focused on FFNG event with students to teach them about Cool, Clean & Tasty Fish.
FairFishing received a generous donation of 5.000USD through GlobalGiving in December 2020. The donation was used for FFNG, enhancing food security, climate action, economic growth & physical health in HoA.
3 days learning-event “Fresh Fish for the New Generation” in Bosaso, Puntland
Aim of event is to teach the new generation of the nutritional value of fish, how to prepare tasty fresh fish, and familiarize them with fish handling: cutting, gutting, icing process and filleting to minimize food waste.
28 students participated at the trainings and they all had a very positive experience cooking and tasting fresh fish.
