A women’s Group in Katulikire meets to discuss their ongoing projects and give out loans. The women’s group was established to provide the women with small loans so that they may undertake economic opportunities to allow them to be more self-sufficient. On this day when I met with the women’s group they discussed their economic needs and request loans. This aunt requested a loan. Her niece was hospitalized and needed help paying the bill. Please help us prevent malaria. Please help us bring quality, affordable healthcare to rural Uganda. Not only is it life saving, but affordability allows for access and protects families from life-altering medical bills.
