We are sending practical relief - food, medical supplies, warm clothing and solar lighting - to families who have lost everything. We are also caring for children who survived the floods but lost family members, providing them with shelter, support and care as they begin to recover.
Flash floods have devastated communities across Nepal, sweeping away homes, villages and livelihoods in an instant. Many lives have been lost, and the scale of loss has been immense. Survivors are living in makeshift shelters with little more than they managed to carry with them, while some children have lost family members entirely.
