Nidan Aid Reaches NEPAL
The first supplies of food aid reached in Nepal, on Wednesday, while thousands clamor to board buses out of Kathmandu, either to check on rural relatives or for fear of spending yet another night in the damaged capital. Nidan along with her partner NASVI and StreetNet International is providing our regional partner NEST affiliated families with access to food in hard-hit neighborhoods of Kathmandu and surrounding areas.
As per planning we have start distribution of the relief aid late morning, and over the next few hours we distributed a total of 8 Tons of Rice, Dal (Pulses), Salt and Oil to 131 households in Katmandu.
