New Era Educational and Charitable Support Foundation, in partnership with the West Africa Regional Office of United Religions Initiative, hosted 53 students, including Adult Mentors at the 2016 Interfaith Peacebuilding Academy. The training was conducted at the Fajib Hotels & Suites, Rantya, Jos Plateau State, Nigeria.
The Interfaith Peacebuilding Academy brought together the participants for an intense learning and sharing experience. In an inspiring interfaith environment, participants formed a community of practice and together studied the art of Interfaith Peacebuilding, nonviolence and compassion in ways that will deepen their leadership potential and expand their capacity to make vital contributions to their community and the world. The Interfaith Peacebuilding Academy was facilitated by a team of highly skilled and richly experienced facilitators.
