Here are some of the success stories from Narrow The Gap Round II 2017 that you helped to fund. We are about to launch Round II 2018 and hope you will continue to support us.

PROJECT SUCCESS
“Clean water for 50 poor households in District 8, HCMC” -
NPO responsible: FFSC
Running from November 2017 to June 2018, the Clean Water project was awarded VND118,207,000 by Narrow The Gap Round II 2017, and in just one year achieved their goals!
As well as successfully developing a water management system which is now run by the local community, they have introduced a water system for the community of Phát Huy Bình An Center/ Binh An Development Center including instilation of 50 500 liter water tanks and 50 20 liter water containers which provide water for 50 disadvantaged households.
PROJECT SUCCESS
"Psychological support for patients in Diagnostic and Orthopedic Trauma"
NPO responsible: Social Working Groups (Happier)
NPO Social Working Groups (Happier) were awarded VND150,000,000 by Narrow The Gap Round II 2017 and managed to reach their goals within a year!
Starting to implement their project shortly after being awarded funds by Narrow The Gap, Happier have organized 24 skills training courses for volunteers which included activities for children and parents in the local community.
Working specifically in the area of disease management, the project supported 429 children and their parents in fun, educational activities.
PROJECT SUCCESS
“Inclusive support for children with community-based development disorders at preschool age in Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan Province”
NPO responsible: Thien Chi Center for Community Development
The Thien Chi Center for Community development was awarded VND150,000,000 in Narrow The Gap Round II 2017 and implemented their project from October 2017 until September 2018.
Almost completing their project they have implemented three training courses for teachers, developed and posted communications on developmental disorders to 20 kindergartens, opened training workshops for parents and build a treatment room for patients. They expect to complete the project on schedule, including full operation of the treatment room.
