Wow, I am watching you, Big color card!
Eden is a 3 years and 9 months old boy who is a global developmental delay child. He had a learning disability and was unable to focus or catch up any instruction in the class. He joined our class in March 2018.
“It’s really hard for Eden to imitate actions or words and we have to let him watch others more frequently with more support than other children. At the beginning when Eden joined us, he would cry loudly even just heard the sound of Ukulelel which was playing by the teacher. We’ve tried many times and we found the reason finally. Eden’s parents helped Eden do stretching exercises to strengthen his weak muscles and they usually did at home with the sound of music. Eden might feel uncomfortable while doing the exercise. The bad feeling could link with the sound of music in Eden’s mind. So we decided not to touch his body when we have any sound of music in the class. Thank God it works! Eden is getting used to hear the sound of music without the bad feeling.
I love to tell you about Eden because we did it with you together to help him. Thank you for your support and we will keep moving forward in 2020 with you.”

Happy New Year of 2020
Thank you for staying with us in the past year. It is not an easy task to deliver services to developmental delay children, however, we didn’t pick up the easy job but did what we should do for needy children in Taichung. We keep carrying on around 70 children through the music therapy program monthly and yearly. We would like to invite you to join us again in 2020 and I believe that we may benefit more children well with your support.
The Lunar New Year is coming soon, and we look forward to continuing to provide children and families with the most valuable services available through TFCF branches. We want to thank you all for your tremendous support last year. Our work would not be possible without you.
I wish you and your family a joyful, healthy and prosperous new year ahead!
I was searching the sound.
I got you!
See what I had on hand!
Felt strange but acceptable.
Let me try.
What a big ball!
