As IBC, we started working on helping the earthquake-affected families by providing all the help that we could to ease their hard situation. we were able to distribute Food packages to more than 5230 beneficiaries, hygiene packages to more than 3402 beneficiaries, and NFI (blankets, mattresses, etc.) to more than 4620 beneficiaries, Also we distributed 500 tents to families affected by the earthquake in seven different regions, which is a remarkable achievement because of the hard roads to reach some of these villages. We are proud to have been able to assist those in need. To provide some context, the distribution was in the follow villages: Amizmiz, Azgour, Tifirte, Goundafa, Ijoukak ( Douar Inaden, Douar Outakri, Douar Lehnaien, Tajgalt), Anamrou Aglagal, Taroudant (Douar Zaouit Bouchnin, Takaterte), Douar Assif Lahlou, Afella nofra, Tagherioust, Ait tadraret and Tata. The villagers were extremely grateful to have a better housing option and were relieved that they had a roof over their heads during such a challenging time. All this help made a significant difference to those families in need. And we are targeting 200 families more, that lost the makeshift tents or the non-high-quality tents that were provided by other organizations due to the weather and winds that took those tents out.
