Renewing the Mentoring Challenge Commitment
For the first and second quarter of 2015, we at Idea Builders Initiative are Renewing the Commitment of support for the ‘contenders’ leading the charge in the various public schools. It is planned that we will host a Mentoring Breakfast for a total of 4 Cohorts between Jan and June.
Working in batches, the serving peer mentors (contenders) in the challenge are undergoing refresher capsule sessions with remarkable female champions of industry. These older mentors comprise the Idea Builders Women Leadership Council which has been in place since 2008.
Key Outcomes
o 100% of the 20 Contenders accessed so-far are re-energized and prepared to take a risk –‘do something positive that scares you’
o 40% of the launched pay-forward mini projects have been completed.
Once again, Idea Builders Initiative and its Team say a great big 'Thank you' to our donors for supporting and encouraging us in our mission for the girls in our society.
Please invite your family and friends to donate and give us feedback on our reports so far to enable us improve and implement better strategies to achieve our Organizational Vision: A Society of Women Leading Lives of Choice.
