Mental Health Care for Women in India and Kenya

We hope you are having a wonderful season! We are writing to provide a final update and project report for this campaign. As part of our organisational growth and program evolution, we are formally deactivating this project page, but our core mission to empower women across the globe continues strong in India and Germany.

Summary of Project Activities

Over the past year, your generous contributions have enabled incredible milestone achievements across our project locations in India and Kenya:

• Impact in India: Our target for 2026 was to reach 950 women through our Women to Women Program. By September 2026, we conducted 60 workshops, impacting 800 women! Additionally, under the leadership of our new Project Manager, Marishia Rodrigues, we are strengthening our operational foundations and organisational structure in Goa.
• Kenya Transition & Closure: We have been conducting the final phases of emergency and transition support for women in Kenya. We are ensuring that each participant is accompanied with dedicated care, practical resources, and support as operations there wrap up.
• Expansion to Berlin: Drawing on the insights and expertise developed over the years in India and Kenya, we launched our Belonging is Power programme in Berlin tailored to migrant women. This initiative focuses on migration, integration, and belonging, particularly for women from the Global Majority.
