The session was divided into 10 parts and started with building a concept on thinking about self and body changes (biological part) amongst the adolescents’ girls. The facilitator spoke about the physical changes that boys and girls undergo during puberty. After that they build a discussion on menstruation process, dos and don’ts, hygiene and sexual safety.
