Our medical teams on the ground in Gaza, have been working tirelessly to provide immediate medical care relief for displaced refugees across the strip. During the months of September and October 2024, our medical teams have treated a total of 3202 patients who needed urgent medical care, which was only possible thanks to your donations and support. Please continue giving so we can continue providing our services.

With the majority of patients presenting issues related to Respiratory infections, gastrointestinal viruses, Urological dysfunction, rampant skin infections.

  1. Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, 408 patients were treated.
  2. Gastrointestinal, 256 patients were treated.
  3. Genitourinary, 135 patients were treated
  4. Skin Diseases, 303 patients were treated.
  5. Wound Care, 295 patients were treated.
  6. Other surface wounds, burns, coughs, and fevers, 1173 patients were treated
  7. Vaccinations for children, 505 children accessed their vaccinations through our sites.

We are now joining forces and entering into a collaborative effort with other resourceful organizations and strong ground teams, Aid4Gaza, Save Gaza's Children, Phoenix 7, and Collective Action for Diaspora (CAD), to continue addressing the urgent need for accessible healthcare among Gaza's displaced families ravaged by injury, skin disease, malnourishment, pre-existing conditions, etc. By revitalizing and supporting four medical tent facilities, this initiative will serve over 36,000 families in critical need of medical care.

Our objectives are to continue providing immediate Relief: by offering trauma care, maternal health support, and essential medical services to patients in four tent locations.

  1. Strengthened Medical Tents: Provide sustainable resources for trauma kits, medications, and specialist referrals.
  2. Capacity Building: Support local medical teams to serve ~20,000 families over eight weeks.
  3. Enhanced Healthcare Access: Refer complex cases to equipped medical facilities for advanced treatment (referral networks).

We have a strong network of skilled doctors and medical professionals who contribute to specific days the medical clinics run, depending on their availability and ability to join the core team in their outreach locations.

Core Services (limited to available equipment and medications)

  1. Vascular care: Diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  2. General/Primary Care & Wounds: Treatments, wound care, case monitoring, and prescribing.
  3. Dentistry: Dental and oral medicine; limited to hygienic and palliative care.
  4. Pediatrics: Focusing on newborns, infants, and toddlers.
  5. Nutrition: Advice and provision of nutrients, focusing on the prevention of malnutrition and deficiencies
  6. Women’s Health: Ultrasound procedures, ante-natal, and post-natal care.
  7. Dermatology: Limited to available medications, skin treatments, advice, and alternative, practical methods to treat skin care concerns.
