CHCS organizes Medical and Food Distribution Camps to support poor, deserving, and underserved communities. Through these camps, CHCS provides free medical consultations, medicines, health-related assistance, and essential food supplies to families who may have limited access to healthcare and adequate nutrition.
These initiatives bring essential services directly to communities in need, helping families address their immediate healthcare and food requirements with dignity and compassion. The medical component supports early attention to health concerns, while food distribution provides much-needed assistance to families facing financial hardship.
Through its medical and humanitarian activities, CHCS continues to work towards healthier and stronger communities, ensuring that vulnerable families receive both healthcare and essential support when they need it most.
With sincere gratitude,
