From Vision to Reality:Moving to Our New Facility

The day we have all been waiting for is here! We are thrilled to announce our official move into the brand-new Playa Blanca facilities. Our team has been hard at work bringing this vision to life—from laying the main seawater lines to carefully assembling our complex aquarium systems. It’s been weeks of determined effort, moving furniture and relocating essential equipment from our original location, and now our new home is taking shape.

Completed: Tank legs cut, installed, and tanks placed on their raceways.
Completed: Plumbing for Lines 1 & 2.
In Progress: Plumbing for Lines 3–4.
Next steps: Chiller-heat pump connections, external fish-rearing tank mobilization, and UV sterilization system installation.

Coral Wet Lab

Completed: Custom tank furniture built and positioned in the lab.
Completed: First lab system moved into place (awaiting activation).
In Progress: Internal wet lab plumbing. Once finished, we will begin migrating the remaining systems from our old facility one by one.

We are aiming to be fully operational by December 15th, which means our next exciting phase will begin: welcoming our live animal residents—fish, corals, and invertebrates—into their new habitats!
